New York rapper Dave East recently stopped by Tim Westwood TV to drop an emotional freestyle which paid tribute to Nipsey Hussle. East rhymes on Bobby V’s “Tell Me” instrumental originally produced by Tim & Bob.
East is currently gearing up for his major label debut which is set to drop later in 2019. The Harlem native kicked off a promotional campaign for the project on Aug. 2 by dropping 2-song Survival Pacc which features Gunna and Max B.
Billboard described “Everyday” as “East kicking trap knowledge sliced between Gunna’s intoxicating chorus over upbeat Street Symphony production.”

East has worked with several Canadian artists and producers in the past including most recently with his Def Jam labelmate Pvrx “Is U Down.” The song is featured on Pvrx’s new EP, 3.14 which is considered by many as one of the hottest releases to come out of Toronto this year.
