Pipe Down: Denver Mike enlists Audio Push and Walter French for single

Cape Verdean American rapper Denver Mike has been an underdog his entire life. Using music as a coping mechanism and escape from his everyday reality, he was determined not to become a product of his environment and instead strove for something greater.

After moving to Denver, CO to play college basketball, Mike established a deep rooted connection with the city. So much of a connection, that after going overseas to play professional basketball, Mike came back to Denver with hopes of getting into the music industry.

Beginning in artist management, taking local acts from the developing stages to Billboard and iTunes chart-topping success, Mike quickly built a name for himself and began working on strategic marketing initiatives for world-renowned platinum selling artists, G-Eazy, Nicki Minaj and others. However, after all of his success behind the scenes, he knew that stepping out in front of the crowd was really where he belonged. With world renowned features on his debut project, Denver Mike is poised to have the same success in front of the crowd as he does in the boardroom.

Denver Mike recently released his new track “Pipe Down” featuring Audio Push and Walter French via Fogo Music Group. Produced by CaI-I (Twista, Trey Songz, G-Herbo,) “Pipe Down” is the follow-up to Mike’s T-Pain-assisted debut single, “Ghetto Girl,” which has garnered nearly 700K streams across streaming services since its late-September release.
