Four-time Juno Award-winner, and Grammy Award-winner, Evidence of Dilated Peoples is gearing up for the Jan. 26 release of his third solo album, Weather or Not.
As an artist who needs little introduction, Evidence is one of hip-hop’s most accomplished rappers and producers. Alongside being one third of pioneering group Dilated Peoples and built a long standing reputation as a rapper, his production credits have included the likes of Domo Genesis, Linkin Park, Beastie Boys, and Madchild.
He picked his Juno Awards through four different Swollen Members projects including Balance (2001), Bad Dreams (2002), Monsters in the Closet (2003), and Black Magic (2007).
Alongside Ev’s incredible talent, the album also features an array of exciting collaborations including the likes of Slug (Atmosphere), Rakaa (Dilated Peoples) and Jonwayne, plus production from Evidence himself, Alchemist, Nottz, and DJ Premier.
The video for “10,000 Hours” (produced by DJ Premier) was released last Friday, while two other videos were released in support of the project in 2017. You can find “10,000” as well as the videos for “Jim Dean” and “Throw It All Away” below.
Weather or Not is available now for pre-order.
