Pigeons & Planes Premieres F L A C O video “LEPT OFF (vassup)”
SmashMouth Entertainment and Pigeons and Planes are excited to premiere F L A C O’s new video: “LEPT OFF (vassup).”
The song is chaotic and distorted. It sounds like it was recorded in a bunker, maybe the same one featured in the video where F L A C O is holding himself hostage, tied to a chair.
The situation represents a duality we all face: One F L A C O is confident and in control, and the other is trapped, feeling helpless. They trade bars back and forth until this dichotomy reaches its climax with the line: “Looking in the mirror like ‘fuck myself’ / But I look so good I might fuck myself”. With that, F L A C O breaks free of the rope tying his hands, shedding his insecurities and taking his rightful place front and centre.
“LEPT OFF (vassup)” is the third single off F L A C O’s recent NOT ALIVE project — following “So What!” and “Neon Yellow” — which Pigeons and Planes called “his best work yet” and Lyrical Lemonade praised, saying it “gives us yet another reason to ready ourselves for when F L A C O blows up.” With the death of his insecurities and dedication to his true self, F L A C O is already rising to the next level.
When F L A C O says “Imma do it my way” on the track, he invites you to do the same.
Do it your way and watch “LEPT OFF (vassup)” via Pigeons and Planes on YouTube.
