Two-time Polaris Prize shortlisters Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Portland, Maine powerhouse trio Weakened Friends, acclaimed songwriter Charlotte Cornfield, founding member of A Tribe Called Red DJ NDN, and immersive dance party specialist Rich Aucoin are among the long list of performers added to the 2019 Halifax Pop Explosion Music Festival and Conference unveiled today.
