Ottawa artist Mikki Phre$h dropped some new visuals today in support of his Ditty Beatz-produced single, “Deuces.”
“Have you ever felt like no matter how much you hustle or how much you strive for success there’s always someone hating on the side lines,” wrote Mikki about the song’s inspiration.
“I know I have… This song was inspired by [those] guys. People tend to hate on things they don’t understand. They spend more time trolling and hating rather than trying to figure out their own shit. It’s all good, let em have it! Cause while you’re all the way up… they’ll be right where you found ’em.”
“Deuces” was shot inside of Ottawa’s Lenz Studio and powered by Director Just Jay who has worked with various other artists from the National Capital Region including SVLM and Morris Ogbowu.
The video is Mikki’s third to date, and comes in advance of a larger project in the works that will likely be released in the third or fourth quarter of 2019. The Enibeats and Visuvo Productions-directed “All Night” was released in Sept. 2018 and has been viewed more than 25K times to date.
“Deuces” is available on Apple Music, Spotify, and various other digital streaming services via So Phresh Entertainment.
