Montreality is back with a new addition to their popular video-based interview series. This time they catch up with Miami rapper Pouya.
“Y’all can quote me on this if you think it’s stupid or silly. People Don’t Like To Hear That XXXTentacion Is Our Generation’s 2Pac. – Pouya
They talk about a wide range of topics including mother nature, being Iranian-Cuban, cartoons, games, his relationship with Young Baby Coco, mental health, no substances, Lil Peep, XXXTentacion, and more.
“Y’all can quote me on this if you think it’s stupid or silly. People Don’t Like To Hear That XXXTentacion Is Our Generation’s 2Pac. He is and if you don’t think so, you’re completely wrong. He has a musical impact similar to 2Pac’s. He’s changed peoples lives, people are miserable without him, they miss him dearly. He was shot and killed, and he is our generation’s 2Pac. Same with Lil Peep, he’s going to live on for generations. 50-60 years they’re going to do documentaries on these guys, movies on these guys, they’re going to be remembered forever.”
Pouya released his latest project and third studio album, The South Got Something to Say, independently on July 1, 2019. You can check that out below along with the new interview.
