Coming in support of his next EP 23 & A Half, Canadian artist Peter Jackson has released new visuals for the projects first single, “My Sanity.”
The song was produced by Ajax newcomer, Kaddy, and the video was directed by Shawn Thomas, a videographer who has worked with PJ on various other visuals including “In The Morning” and “Don’t Trust Anyone.”
“I called the EP 23 & A Half because I always say, ‘I work 23 & A Half hours a day just to get that 30 minutes on stage,’” Jackson said of the forthcoming release.
The video for “My Sanity” was shot during a recent trip to Banff, Alberta, and also featured clips from PJ’s European tour performances, shots from shows with Wu-Tang, Snoop, footage of his family, footage of his recent Canadian tour with Fetty Wap, shows with Sean Kingston and a bunch of other stuff. It definitely gives a new perspective on just how hard he’s been working. Case in point, the clips featured are all from the past couple of years.
Jackson is a bit tight lipped about what to expect from 23 & A Half, but if “My Sanity” is any indication of what to expect, his growing fanbase will not be disappointed.
You can find “My Sanity” on various digital streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify via 9-0-Nickel Entertainment.
