Fresh off of his debut EP BOLO [Think It’s A Game Records/Warner Bros. Records] and following his buzzworthy single “Big Dawg” featuring Moneybagg Yo, rising hip-hop star Posa is coming in hot with his new “Dropping Jewels” video directed by The Wizard.
The visual, which premiered this morning, shows the Mobile, Alabama native flexin’ in a unique lyricist performance while doing 360-degree spins in his favorite classic car. We can all ride shotgun with a bird’s-eye view of him reppin’ his original Bama style.
“‘Dropping Jewels’ is me giving game on the streets in particular,” Posa explains.
“I’m speaking on the good and bad on both ends.”
Released in late March, BOLO puts Posa’s versatility and story-telling ability on full display, supported by a team of up-and-coming producers who partnered with the rapper to create different moods within his music. The EP is rapidly approaching 1 million streams across platforms.
With hit single “Trap Love” featured on the coveted The Realest Down South Spotify playlist and bangers “Last Day” and “Big Dawg” appearing on “Off The Strength,” Posa is well on his way to cultivating a lasting impact with fans all summer long.
