Live from Ritchie: New visuals from I.Margelia, YSL Reggie, Toka Dinero, FTG Metro & Greatest
The Ottawa-based Ritchie Boyz have been coming hard over the last year and the next generation from the block is already following suit. There’s a bunch of new young talented rappers on the rise including I.M aka I.Margiela.
His Ben Telford Visuals-powered video for “Slide” (co-signed by Why-G?) has been viewed over 30K times since dropping this past May. Peep the video below.
There’s also a a few other artists from the neighborhood to look out for including YSL Reggie, Toka Dinero, and FTG Metro (representing FTG x TTG).
Their heartfelt Stain Visualz-directed video for the ReUpBeatz-produced “Meant To Be” has quickly become a huge song for the team with over 140K views since its release back on May 19.
Greatest Gambino, one of the fan favourites from the Ritchie Boyz, has a unique sound and has given people a taste of what he has to offer with slick bars and metaphors. Hopefully we can expect a full album from him in the neat future.
He’s featured on the new ReUpBeatz single “Became” which was shot by indie label Freedom Records and by RPR Visuals. It’s been viewed over 20K times since dropping late June.
