Serious Klein proves his worth with new “Coochie Money” video

Serious Klein proves his worth with new Coochie Money video

Germany-based, Ghanian rapper Serious Klein follows up “Boy Boy” and COLORS favourite “91 Flex” with a brash new track entitled “Coochie Money,” along with drops spine-tingling visuals.

The intro to Coochie Money starts off more as a feature film than a music video, evolving into a montage of different scenes which reflect the core themes taken from the lyrical content. We see Serious woking on his lyrics, praying in church, wondering around in darkness and confusion.

“A fellow videographer and mutual friend of myself and Serious Klein introduced me to Klein’s music. I felt the visuals go hand in hand with the music, showcasing the raw, but intimate nature of “Coochie Money” which revolves around family, religions, and the vices of fame.” – Dominik Wieschermann

Serious Klein spoke on the meaning of the new release:

“I talk about things that still influence or influenced me a lot and ‘Coochie Money’ is one of those songs: talking about me growing up, looking up to the wrong people, thinking that money, women and cheating was everything, actually believing that there wasn’t anything wrong with it. The environment I grew up in, was exactly that, I wasn’t thinking about any consequences cause everyone made it seem like things were unseen and right until I actually understood the worth of loyalty and the true meaning of wealth.”

“Serious Klein’s quick flow pairs beautifully with the hard-hitting, thumping production as he spills lyrics spanning from his come up to putting his competition and critics on blast.” – Revolt

“Germany-based artist Serious Klein’s charismatic flow will have you hanging on his every word, in this dynamic performance of ’91 Flex’ off of his highly anticipated debut album.” – COLORS

Support from Revolt, Indie Shuffle, COLORS, Majestic Casual and more are signs that this young artist is one to keep an eye on.

Picked to perform alongside Alicia Keys as “one of the hottest urban newcomers in Germany” and after joint headline shows alongside PUSHA T, the young rapper is ready to release his most explosive body of work to date with his much anticipated debut album.

You can find the project on most streaming platforms.
