Vancouver artist Shawn Morozza releases Seaside video in support of new EP
Vancouver multi-talent Shawn Morozza recently dropped of a fresh new single in advance of his forthcoming and final EP, Sushi & Soulfood.
Inspired by a wide variety of hip hop and alternative artists from Brock Hampton to Ghostemane for the past five years, Shawn Morozza brings his own perspective and experience to his sound setting him apart from the rest. Best known for his incredible talent of being able to produce, write, record, mix and master his own tracks, Morozza is also an established videographer making him a true creative force to be reckoned with.
With “Seaside,” the Swiff D-produced single is a high energy track that chronicles a summer full of good weather, good friends and good vibes.
“This song is fun,” said Morozza.
“After listening to the beat for the first time, I instantly heard the flow in my head; it felt like a breath of fresh air. That’s why I wrote the lyrics, ‘This that open door by the seaside.’ The instrumentals feel like a fresh breeze that just invigorates you. Huge thanks to my friend Chris from This is Art Productions for his work on the video. And to the homies that came out and the kids that we met on the beach for bringing their youthful energy to the video. I’m stoked that I finally put out at least one happy song in my catalogue before I’m done.”
