Leave Me: Steven Moses releases final visual off Love Me // Leave Me mixtape

LA-based Steven Moses releases final visual off Love Me // Leave Me mixtape

Earlier today, Steven Moses shared the final video for “Leave Me” off his 2018 mixtape, Love Me // Leave Me, via Astari.

“The album is dreary and substance filled as Moses pours his heart out over grim slow paced production.” – Daily Chiefers

The 19-year-old self-taught musician and skater snagged the talents of legendary skate and culture photographer Chris Shonting to direct the official video, which follows Moses wandering untethered through the woods on what appears to be a cold winter’s day. Moses uses the song to speak his truth about his void-filling vices and searching for purpose. Tying it all together are brief, yet intimate, moments in the studio allowing his vulnerability to truly radiate through his performance.

Love Me // Leave Me takes listeners on a musical roller-coaster of teen angst as it chronicles the vast range of emotions felt by a young man in today’s society. Featuring the viral hits “Love Me” and “Hot Boy,” Moses has amassed over 19 million streams across digital platforms.

“In an era where everyone wants to be an emo, rebellious druggie, Moses is able to thrive by channeling his real life struggles and put it all in the music.” – Pigeons & Planes

Hailing from a small town in Pennsylvania, Steven discovered Nas’s Illmatic, and thus began his pursuit of rap notoriety. Making his was to Los Angeles only two short years ago, he’s linked up on projects with williamvanzandt, and collaborated with Maxo Kream and diveliner on this project.

Expect new music from Steven Moses in 2019.
