Toronto R&B singer, Surauchie, often referred to as Toronto’s R&B princess, dropped visuals for her Angel Milan-produced single “Sometimes.” It premiered on Earmilk yesterday.
The video – directed by Mitch Bax – was shot in Vancouver, British Columbia and offers up calming scenes of nature as the backdrop to her powerful lyrics and hard-hitting vocals.
Surauchie recently performed “Sometimes” in-studio during Episode Two of HipHopCanada Unplugged – watch it here. During our chat with the singer, she talks about why the track is challenging for her to perform and how much of herself she gave through the song’s narrative.
The single is available on various digital streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify via Public Records/Forwxrd Records.
