Jamaica’s Tmrw.Tday Culture Fest presents Bedouin closing party plus the Shiva Rea Roots Immersion Retreat
Redefining the current festival landscape, Jamaica’s Tmrw.Tday Culture Fest announces today the latest additions to its remarkably diverse lineup, welcoming free form movement leader Shiva Rea and musical dreamweavers Bedouin to the sun-drenched Caribbean coastline. Returning to the idyllic 7-mile beach of Negril for its second journey around the sun, this May 1st – 6th, Tmrw.Tday is fast-emerging as the premier, multifaceted destination festival experience in the world.
Working to achieve their vision of bringing progressive underground talent to life within the lush tropical paradise, Tmrw.Tday has tapped sonic visionaries Bedouin to headline this year’s Official Closing Party. The prolific duo will curate the soundtrack to usher in a new dawn with attendees as the final sun sets over the limestone cliffs of The Caves, owned by Island Records Founder Chris Blackwell.
Bedouin’s magical sunset closing party will follow headliners Audiofly’s Flying Circus beach party and another epic Crew Love takeover with Lonely C of Soul Clap and returning maestros of house music, Wolf+Lamb. Perfectly contrasting the collection of electronic beats is a selection of island vibez at the Reggae Showcase, a celebration of one of Jamaica’s greatest exports – its music. Look forward to electrifying performances by Beenie Man, Gabre Selassie, Kabaka Pyramid, Teflon Zinc Fence plus many more.
The far-reaching mix of musical acts are joined by leading international champions of the wellness, global activism, Cannabis and alternative therapy movements. Tmrw.Tday embodies the pillars of reggae + house vibez, yoga + fitness, and cannabis culture to structure a beautifully unique, weeklong exploration of the mind, body and soul. The festival takes place across several breathtaking sanctuaries scattered along the beach, offering up mindful activations punctuated with wild dance parties, each crafted to inspire the heart and free the mind. “I am flowing in love and gratitude for the opportunity to co-create the experience of a lifetime at TT18.
